Foot and Gait Analysis

Foot and Gait Analysis

Biomechanical assessment involves the evaluation of abnormal posture and gait including examination of the feet, ankles, knees, hips and spinal joints.

Once we have identified the cause of the problem, we can then correct the biomechanics in order to optimise performance and relieve you of pain.

Why Do You Need Gait Analysis?

Gait analysis is the study of how an individual moves from one point to another. It is used to detect abnormalities that can cause pain and to fit a person for shoes (and/or) arch supports that will be most beneficial to their gait style.

Reduce pain
Improve running and walking style
Early identification and intervention.
