The following are examples of the types of orthotics available from ALC. For a more precise recommendation, please call 01923 268787 to book an appointment.
Lifestyle Orthotics
These 3/4 length orthotics are typically recommended for standard shoe styles and trainers. They are highly versatile and can be easily transferred between different pairs of shoes, including your current footwear. Using this type of orthotic in your everyday shoes may decrease the amount of pronation in your feet and help reduce the stresses in your ankles, knees, hips, and spine, which can lead to aches and pains.
Slimline/ Dress Orthotics
Primarily used for ladies court shoes or gentleman’s dress shoes.

Sports orthotics offer excellent control, making them particularly well-suited for running.
