Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abbots Langley Clinic.

We offer a refund and/or exchange of products sold by Abbots Langley Clinic within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your product purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original and unopened packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase, which must be returned with the product.

  • Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Products on sale will not be refunded.

  • You are solely responsible for any cost associated with returning the product to us.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product on a like-for-like basis, please either call 01923 268787 or send a contact form and post your product (together with the original proof of purchase) to:

Exemptions

The following are exempt from refunds:

All treatment services. However, if you have scheduled and purchased a block-booking of future appointments, you may cancel and request a refund provided that the booked appointments are not within 24 hours of the scheduled time. All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full.

Any product where the original packaging has been opened (unless the product is defective or damaged).

Custom-made Orthotics that are subject to a Care Plan Insurance claim. Please click here for details of Care Plan Insurance.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 5 working days, please check with your original payment provider, as some take longer to process payments to your account. Abbots Langley Clinic cannot be held accountable for late refunds by third-party payment processors.

Return Shipping

All returns must be sent to us, and not the manufacturer. Please send your return, including the original proof of purchase to:

You are exclusively responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return the product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Abbots Langley Clinic uses third-party logistic services to deliver our products and we cannot be held responsible for delayed, undelivered or damaged products in transit. Please contact the delivery provider in such circumstances.
