Foot and Gait Analysis at ALC

Biomechanical assessment involves evaluating abnormal posture and gait, including examining the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and spinal joints.

Once we have identified the cause of the problem, we can then correct the biomechanics in order to optimise performance and relieve you of pain.

Benefits of Foot and Gait Analysis

Gait analysis involves studying how an individual moves from one point to another.

This comprehensive analysis is used to detect abnormalities that can cause pain and to fit a person for shoes and/or arch supports that will be most beneficial to their gait style.

  • Reduce pain
  • Improve running and walking style
  • Early identification and intervention
