Orthotics at ALC

Orthotics, also known as orthotic insoles, shoe inserts, or orthoses, are devices that are placed inside shoes to restore natural foot function.

Orthotics are necessary when the natural biomechanical balance of our lower body has been disrupted by over-pronation.

At ALC, we offer custom-made orthotics through our sister company, Pedico. These orthotics are designed to match the size, shape, and function of your feet.

Our bespoke orthotics are thin, lightweight, and versatile, and can easily fit into most shoes, including your existing footwear.

Using our orthotics in your everyday shoes may reduce pronation in your feet and help alleviate stress in your ankles, knees, hips, and spine, which can lead to aches and pains.

Our highly qualified team can advise you on whether custom-made orthotics may help alleviate your problems.

We have successfully treated people who have experienced years of pain and discomfort with our custom-made orthotics, combined with effective exercise and treatment therapy tailored to the individual.
