Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment on the feet, by applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points. These points correspond to different areas and systems of the body and are used to encourage relaxation, support the Nervous System, and promote the body’s natural balance physically and emotionally.
Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed following treatment and often describe improvements in sleep, stress levels, and overall wellbeing.
