Tom graduated from The University of Hertfordshire in 2009, whilst also practicing as a Personal Trainer and Lecturer. Tom’s passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals meant it was a natural progression into Sports Therapy.Tom has worked at a number of Colleges teaching future groups of Sports Therapists, Personal Trainers and Sports Scientists, whilst also continuing his own professional development and gaining an understanding in a number of modalities i.e myofascial cupping, needling and rehabilitation programming. Having worked within his own clinic since 2010, Tom is now keen to work with fellow Healthcare Professionals at The Abbots Langley Clinic to support the public and allow them to live pain free.
Tom has played a high level of competitive sport and worked with high performance athletes, supporting his understanding of the demands we put on our bodies when performing. His experience and application of knowledge is supported by his attentive nature, all allowing for an effective assessment and treatment plan to be created for all clients.
